📦 Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

🇺🇸 Shipping Within the United States

We offer nationwide shipping across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other trusted logistics partners

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Expedited Shipping

  • Available at checkout for select items and locations.

  • Delivery within 2–3 business days (additional charges apply).

🚫 P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions and oversized packages.

  • Please provide a physical address at checkout for smooth delivery.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

  • You can track your shipment directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking system.

🔁 Split Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately depending on availability and warehouse location — at no extra cost to you.
