At USReplacementCarPartsĀ we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, weāll do our best to make it right. Please review the following guidelines to understand how returns and refunds work.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
All parts, labels, and accessories must be intact
The item is not marked āFinal Saleā, āNon-returnableā, or āSpecial Orderā
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Electrical or electronic components that have been opened or installed
Special order or custom parts
Items without original packaging
Used or installed parts
Gift cards or downloadable software products
To initiate a return:
Email us at sales@usreplacementcarparts.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and pictures if applicable.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of approval.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5ā10 business days.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong part), shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will prioritize your case and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If you havenāt received a refund after the expected time:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
Contact your bank (processing times vary)
