The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electrical or electronic components that have been opened or installed

  • Special order or custom parts

  • Items without original packaging

  • Used or installed parts

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
